Personal Injury Software

Personal injury software is readily available for attorneys. For consumers, though, personal injury software titles are few and far between. We've searched high and low for personal injury software that the consumer can use to help their cases and have come up with only a few offerings. If you know of a personal injury software resource that we've missed, please send it in so we can post it for others to check out as well.

A company named Abacus Law offers software for attorneys and law offices that will help track time, log hours and keep track of court rules, cases, conflicts, contacts, dockets, docs, emails, files and perform instant messages.

A British company has come up with a personal injury software title called YourClaim, which helps record such happenings as treatments (which hospital, clinic, consultant, doctor, therapist, treatment, investigation, etc.; what costs, insured/uninsured), sickness documentation, hospital admissions, expenses, mileage and a diary.

A company called Nolo is familiar to many who prefer to do self-help when involved in many areas of life. Besides wonderful books, Nolo also has personal injury software CD's available that are worth investigating.

A company named National LawForms serves up do-it-yourself software packages like the one called, "Personal Injury Software Package". Since we know little of this resource, we are asking for those who have reviewed this software to send in their opinions.

A company called Needles offers case management software to help with tasks such as calendars, case status and insurance adjuster information.

Okay, so we ran out of personal injury software to post, so here's a book on personal injury for those doing research on the subject. It's titled "Mass Tort Litigation: Cases and Materials (American Casebook Series)" by Linda S. Mullenix so check it out.

If you have a review or comment to send in regarding these resource, please by all means, do. In addition, if you have a personal injury software not listed here, please send these in as well. Remember, this is personal injury software from consumer perspective and not the law firm or case management perspective.
